We were commissioned to redesign the offices and communal areas of a former mill building, transforming an industrial landmark into a contemporary workspace for the Manchester’s next generation of businesses.

This project celebrates the building’s heritage while adapting it for modern working life. Original brickwork, steel columns and generous proportions were carefully retained, allowing the character and “bones” of the mill to remain visible. Rather than erase the past, we designed around it, layering in warm finishes, considered lighting and practical layouts that support flexibility, collaboration and growth.
